The True Excalibur is made in the same manner, combining the Excalibur with a Broken Hero Sword at a Mythril or Orichalcum anvil. First, players can craft the True Night's Edge at the appropriate anvil by using a Night's Edge and a Broken Hero Sword. The recipe for the Terra Blade on Console is a bit different. Once players have both swords they can then toss them together (once again at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil) to create the Terra Blade. Next, they'll want to combine the Excalibur at a Mythril or Orichalcum Forge with 24 x Chlorophyte Bars. This will give them the True Night's Edge. For those on PC, they will first need to get their hands on the Night's Edge and then combine it at a Mythril or Orichalcum Forge with 20 x Soul of Fright, 20 x Soul of Might, and 20 x Soul of Sight. Terra Blade (PC Version)Ĭrafting the Terra Blade is a bit more involved than the Copper Shortsword. It's Important to note that it's possible for some worlds to refuse to generate Copper Ore, instead replacing it with Tin Ore. It's also possible (although a small chance) to receive Copper Ore from defeated Slimes. Copper Ore can be found surface-level and underground and is immediately mineable with the pickaxe that players start with. To make one Copper Bar, players will need to combine three Copper Ore at a Furnace. To make the Copper Shortsword, all players need to do is craft it at an Iron or Lead Anvil using seven Copper Bars. Here they are and their additional recipes: Copper Shortsword The following two swords must be crafted. Meowmere: 11% chance to be dropped by the Moon Lord.Seedler: 14% chance to be dropped by Plantera. ![]() Influx Waver: 11% chance to be dropped by Martian Saucer in the Martian Madness event.Enchanted Sword: Obtained by breaking the background sword sprites found in Enchanted Sword Shrines.Star Wrath: 11% chance to be dropped by the Moon Lord. The Horseman's Blade: Drops from the Pumpkin Moon event boss Pumpking.Starfury: Found on Floating Islands in Skyware Chests and Sky Crates.Lastly, you bring all the ingredients (most likely filling up your inventory at this point) and craft them on a Mythril or Orichalcum anvil. You need the Bee Keeper from the Queen Bee, the Seedler from Plantera, The Horseman’s Blade from the Pumpking, the Influx Waver from the Martian Saucer (only an 11% drop rate!) and lastly, the Star Wrath and Meowmere from the Moon Lord. Then you need to go on a boss-killing mission. This gives you the Terra Blade, the main base of the Zenith sword. Then you’ll need to combine the Night’s Edge with the Broken Hero Sword (dropped by Mothron as a rare drop) and the Excalibur (made from Hallowed bars) with the Broken Hero Sword to make the True Excalibur and True Night’s Edge. You’ll need to create the Night’s Edge from the Blade of Grass, the Muramasa, the Fiery Greatsword and either the Light’s Bane or Blood Butcherer. The Bee Keeper was also added into the crafting recipe as of 1.4.03 and is dropped by the Queen Bee Boss, found in the Jungle hive.īut this is where things start to get a bit more complicated. You can also find both these swords in fishing crates. The Starfury is found in floating Sky Island Skyware chests, whereas the Enchanted Sword is a rare world-gen drop found in a shrine. Next up are the Starfury and Enchanted Sword. You can craft this at an anvil with 7 copper bars. The first key component of the Zenith sword in 1.4 isn’t some fancy item, it’s a simple Copper Shortsword. Let’s start in order of game progression. You heard us right, there are 14 different swords you need to get your hands on before you can craft the Zenith Sword and it takes 10 separate crafting operations to get there. But how do you craft this complicated sword? The Zenith Sword is a Hardmode and post-Moon Lord level sword and generally considered to be one of the most powerful melee weapons in the game. With the news that Terraria’s Wikipedia page hit over a million individual edits, we thought we’d take a deep dive into some of the new items to the game in Terraria 1.4, Journey’s End. ![]()
